Lila was my favorite character on the show. Even squeaking past Audrey and Steve, though just barely. Lila Quartermaine is the matriarch, along with Alice Horton on Days of our Lives, that most people wish they had leading their family.

I don't understand Lois not letting Ned see Brooklyn. I get them getting a divorce but that just seems cruel and unlike Lois.

I feel bad for Jason and the Q's. It was just a sad situation all around but I do believe they love Jason but want him to be the way he was and he couldn't. Lila and Emily excepted him and i think in their own way so did AJ, Alan and Monica. Edward just needs a filter. Lol and I think that Jason not wanting to go wasn't out of hate or spite. I think he really just didn't want them to have false hope and hurt their feelings. And everyone saying Carly ruined AJ and yeah she did awful things but he was an alcoholic long before she even came to town. I really believe his downfall was because whether he showed it all the time or not he loved Jason and he caused the accident and I think the guilt ate away at him.

Don't understand Tania's reaction...or total lack of reaction...when she and Tony come upon a very upset Felicia. No acknowledgement or real expression of concern, other than to glance in her direction, she just invites Jade inside. Tania understands that Felicia will confide in Tony, given their friendship (and his forgiveness of her role in his shooting) but still feel the direction in this scene is odd. Felt a bit dismissive. In later scenes, when Tony is hellbent on going to find Frisco, I get why Tania and Felicia are so confrontational ...but for Tania to completely ignore her, here, is curious.

Monica was lucky nobody was there when she entered the house. Edward was lucky too.

Honestly, they could have just had him die on the operating room table and it wouldn't have changed much...though I guess they needed him to chat with Jimmy Lee to make him look more suspicious to the Qs and Robert.

It's interesting how they tried expanding the Q family in the 1980s with Alexandria, Celia, and Jimmy Lee...and yet none of them lasted more than a few years each. Jimmy Lee's case is a bit surprising, as while the other 2 were just Quartermaine cousins, he was Edward's son! You'd think they would have recast the role at least and kept him around even after the first actor left. Funny enough we never saw Tracey interacting onscreen with her other brother, did we?

The numbering for this series is off...it bounces back and forth between this story and Duke and Jimmy Lee running for president of the dock workers union.

These two young 'kids' haven't been 'together' since before Tony was shot, months back. This is the same Frisco who was literally 'going out of his mind' in the couple three weeks before their wedding trying every which way he could think of to get some action during the time Felicia had them sleeping apart. (Although, F&F fans certainly enjoyed watching Frisco's valiant efforts. 😊 ) They've also mentioned how long it's been, wanting each other, etc. So, what with taking time to unstick the bed, Felicia casually making up the sofabed while Frisco is on the phone. C'mon already!

The show was great before they made everything about Carly
